Do I have to be fit to join?
No. Our members vary in age and fitness level. While you may see some super-fit people here, they all started somewhere. Your fitness goal is unique to you. We’ll assess your current level, personalize your program, and adjust the pace to suit you. We call it personal training for a reason!
Do I have to train at the same time every week?
No. You can choose session times that suit you via our app. Training should be flexible around your lifestyle. We offer 30+ sessions on our timetable—mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
What happens after my 30-day trial?
That’s up to you. We’d love for you to continue your journey with us at Third Space and build on the progress you’ve no doubt made. Our membership is non-lock-in, so you can cancel at any time.
Do you have changing facilities at the gym?
Yes, we have changing rooms and shower facilities—perfect if you need to train before or after work.
